Founded in February 2022, Flow Plumbing Contractors is a young company built on a lifetime of experience in the plumbing and utility excavation industries.

Founder, Jesse Horn, grew up working every summer and winter for his dad’s plumbing & heating company. After graduating college with 2 business degrees, he went on to become a licensed master plumber, a qualified heavy equipment operator, and a licensed commercial driver. 

Through enacting an energized and motivated culture uncommon in many construction and plumbing firms, and teaching the skills he’s learned hands on, Jesse aims to build a company that his home town of West Chester, PA can be proud to call its own.
